Ms. Hudleston was outstanding. I moved to Texas and put my house in Haile Plantation in Gainesville, Florida in Ms. Hudleston’s hands. My attitude was, I picked a professional and I had to get out of her way and let her do her job. When the contractor I had (working on the siding on my home) became too busy with other work to complete my project, Ms. Hudleston found a reliable, reasonable contractor. Ms. Hudleston then oversaw the work and all I had to do was send the contractor the payment. The same for minor repairs, cleaning, and prepping the home. Ms. Huddleston handled it all. I’m 66 years old and my husband always handled the housing matters; however, he has not been well. So this was my first rodeo. Ms. Hudleston made me very comfortable. She was patient with me. She kept me in the loop all along the way with detailed explanations. She gave me a valuable education in selling a home. I really can’t say enough good things. Thank you to Ms. Hudleston for a job well done.

Ciara is truly amazing! She walked my wife and I through the whole home buying process with so much patience and attention. We felt she was the right person to help us find our dream home since the very first beginning. We recently bought our dream home and that was only possible because we had her by our side at all times! We visited so many places before finding our new home and she was always there, with a very positive and professional attitude, to show us the pros and cons of each place, which was decisive for us to make an informed decision. Once we found the dream house, she guided us through the whole process: inspections, appraisal, getting this and that for the lender, etc., until the closing day, to make sure we would survive to all that paperwork : )Even now that the deal is done, she keeps advising us regarding utilities and other useful things for first time home buyers. As first time home buyers, we had zero knowledge of what we were getting into. Ciara is incredibly knowledge, extremely compassionate and has a true heart of gold. In this field, it’s hard to feel and know that a stranger could have your best interest in mind. She is 100% genuine & considerate. I can’t even begin to express her honesty and integrity of working with over the past 6 months. There was no question too big or too small.
