Selling a house from a distance can be stressful, and it was, but it could have been waaaay more so if Angela wasn’t there to help. She coordinated contractors, estimates, work scope changes, and made sound recommendations on what to do to prepare for a sale. She is also a good human being who remains calm during the storm and trays everyone with respect. 100% recommend you work with Angela to buy or sell your property.

Ciara was always quick to respond to my questions. She took the time to understand what I was looking at in a home functionally and stylistically. She was able to meld my needs into a great list of homes to visit. One of the homes in the second day of showings was what I decided to go with since it met all my requirements and many of my nice-to-haves. She patiently stepped me through the process of buying the home to make sure closing went off without a hitch. We closed about a week earlier than planned. Amazing!

We were absentee owners of a house we bought in Gainesville while our daughter was working on her Ph.D. at the University of Forida. We have leased the house through Bosshard Property Management since her graduation. We have owned the house for 20 years while living in Portland, OR. On deciding to sell, we did extensive online research and interviewing of agents to help us sell our property. Ciara rose to the top, and turned out better than we could have imagined. She took care of all of the issues we faced, including needed repairs. She was our eyes and ears for this transaction. We did not have to leave Portland as she covered all issues we faced.
