As first time homebuyers, me and my partner were super anxious and didn't have a clue where to start. That is until a coworker recommended giving Ciara a call and we are extremely glad that we did! Not only is she efficient and knowledgeable about her field, but she is very kind and personable. With every obstacle that came our way, she reassured us and made sure we came out on top. Ciara was always available to answer our questions and give us advice. She is one of the most hard-working people I have ever met and she literally went above and beyond for us. Because of her, I will officially be a homeowner at 24 years old! Working with Ciara feels like working with a close friend and I will truly miss her after we close on our house. Ciara was extremely helpful from our initial contact. After she viewed the property, she suggested things that should be addressed and provided names of people in the area who could do the work. When it was ready to list, she gave her expert opinion about the price at which we should list the property. Having the right number, we received an offer. Ciara said that we could accept or negotiate. The offer was within reason, but we felt it could be tweaked a bit. Ciara presented our counter to the potential buyer and we reached an agreement. Closing was done in a timely manner and proceeds have been received and deposited in my bank. Thank you.

Ciara really went over and beyond to get the house sold. She was honest but kind when advising us of the things that we needed to fix/update. Although we were reluctant to spend money to make the changes, as soon as we did so, we got an offer. Ciara always found a way to get things done. She provided references for companies to do work, found appliances at a fantastic price, met workers at the house, the list goes on. She was awesome.

Ciara Hudleston Is a fantastic real estate agent. I was searching for a second home for my winter residence. In a very short time, she was able to get a sense of exactly what I was looking for. Although I was living and working in another state, her communication was excellent. She took care of everything and answered all of my questions. I truly could not have asked for a better agent!
