My husband Mark and I had the pleasure of having Ciara Hudleston as our realtor in the quest for our new home. We were in town for 2 1/2 days. She was on vacation, but still managed to round up some lovey properties for us to see ( with the help of her wonderful co-worker Holly). We found the perfect property that literally was on the market a few hours. Ciara helped us make an offer and it was accepted the next day! We went back for the walk through and closing with Ciara by our sides. The whole process was approximately 2 1/2 weeks! Ciara was so professional , knowledgeable & delightful to work with! If we could give more stars we would!

Ciara has been fantastic to work with since the very minute we met. She came highly recommended from a friend of ours. Ciara was absolutely amazing! She was recommended to my wife & I and we are beyond elated that we got to work with her. She was so straightforward and honest. Whenever we had questions, she was there to answer them. We leaned on her a lot through this process since it was the first time we had sold a home. Ciara: Arrived for the first meeting with information for the recent sale price of homes in Emerald Woods. After evaluating my home she made suggestions on updates and suggested the sales price. My sons were at the meeting and she sent text messages to them throughout the process. I was very pleased with the work done by her crew for the updates. Ciara is very professional and responded to our questions. My house had multiple offers when listed in November and sold for a great price on December 23, 2021. I was very pleased with her and the relationship with Bosshardt Reality.
