When we decided to make the long distance move from Michigan to Florida we were very concerned about who to contact for a realtor. We could not have gotten luckier when we found Steve and Kristine. They were absolutely amazing. They treated us like family and helped us immensely in finding our forever home in our new state. They worked feverishly day and night to find listings for us that had our specifications on what we wanted our new house to be. He told me what needed to be done to get my home ready for sale and after that weekend (days after he saw the property), he placed the property on MLS. I received a signed contract for the asking price within 5 days of the property being placed on MLS for sale. He knew how to market the property and priced it perfectly (above recent sales in the neighborhood because he understood the market and how special the property and neighborhood was). He kept me up to date on everything that was happening and even recommended an electrician for the one item that was found in the inspection. I was amazed at how smoothly the sale of my property was. When he called to congratulate me on the sale, I told him that I would definitely be contacting him when I decided to sell my next Gainesville property! Whenever I called about the house, he was upbeat and always offered a suggestion about how to handle something. My sale was a little tricky as I had a tenant in the property, but he worked well with my tenant (so she wasn't unduly disturbed) and the property manager (Kayla) at Bosshardt to make sure that everything was coordinated!! I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. If I hear of anyone needing a realtor, I will be giving his name to them!!
