I have done business with Perry quite a few times - both for our family's personal residence and for rentals. Perry is both very experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to buying and selling real estate, but he's also personable and easy to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way, helped navigate some difficult situations that came up during the process and is just a decent human being all around. PERRY MCDONALD HELPED ME FIND MY HOME IN 2014 WHEN I FIRST MOVED TO GAINESVILLE. HIS MARKET EXPERTISE AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS WERE INSTRUMENTAL IN HELPING ME SECURE A WONDERFUL HOME. NEEDLESS TO SAY, EIGHT YEARS LATER, I CHOSE PERRY ONCE AGAIN TO SELL THE SAME PROPERTY I HAD BOUGHT FROM HIM IN 2014. HE WAS ABLE TO DO SO IN LESS THAN TWO MONTHS. I don't have the words to describe how amazing Perry, as a person and as a real estate agent. I will try though! From ‘Day 1’ Perry has been consistently one step ahead on our housing search. From day one when I first met with Trey to take a look at one of his listings, he was always patient and professional. When I first began my house search about 2 years ago, I had some credit issues that needed to be addressed but Trey still showed me the listings of my interest as if I was in a position to buy. Fonda is the consummate professional! Her can-do attitude is informed by her extensive understanding of the local market, her ability to intuit buyers’ needs, and her willingness to educate her sellers. At our first meeting she explained how we could increase our home’s value if we did ‘a’. She went on to say we could increase the value even more if we did ‘a’+’b’. To optimize our profit she suggested one more item that warranted attention. We took her advice and did ‘abc’ (all minor in scope) and our property closed (cash buyer) 17 days after it the MLS. In retrospect, we realize how precise her calculations were from day one. To add, all of our questions were answered honestly and accurately and each call/text/email was answered in a timely manner! To optimize your experience we wholeheartedly recommend enlisting Fonda’s service.
