Perry is driven to see the right things happen for the seller. He sets realistic and highly informed expectations for what my home would sell for, and he navigated some difficult challenges in our selling process (two canceled offers that had nothing to do with the condition of our house). Given that he's been helping sellers (and buyers) for a long time, he has a ton of great contacts (contractors, inspectors, etc) that he's nurtured that will help tremendously in the sales process. You won't go wrong with Perry either as a buyer or seller.

I had just bought and sold a fixer upper with Laurie when this one came available with Robin, another Boss agent.Laurie arranged for me to meet them and although the house was in disrepair I had a good feeling about the property and made an offer that day! Both agents worked together well and Laurie made sure I had everything I needed to get the deal done! Bosshardt Title also did a fabulous job- as usual! Since starting on this house, Laurie has continued to stay in touch and send other properties my way. Great experience overall.

Called in to ask a few questions early in the process, the lady who answered the phone was too busy trying to get me off the phone, which gave no chance to ask the 2nd question. Your realty fees is well beyond the amount of work it takes to accomplish the job; however, this seems to be industry wide practice. Other than that the process of selling the property was professionally done.

I couldn't have asked for a better Realtor than Trey Goff. He was very professional. Trey took the time to explain everything in clear detail and was happy to go into any details I asked about. His approach to giving every home owner the same top notch service regardless of home value is outstanding and much appreciated. My house was listed and sold in less than 24hrs. An exception?, I'm sure, but Trey was dedicated to getting me a fast sale and that was the result. Trey was very good about leading me through the process with great confidence and helped me feel confident about every step as well. Call backs were always prompt. Trey Goff is a gem in the real estate world.

It took three attempts to sell the land we had in Live Oaks. No fault of the agent, the first two buyers sucked. By the third attempt, our agent Trey not only found the right buyer but also sold the land at a higher rate than we had negotiated the first two times. The only hiccup had to do with the title company and their lead agent Kimberly who decided, after months of already having done everything she asked, that the POA I had wasn’t good enough for her and wanted me to go, two days before closing, to go complete a whole new POA! She claimed that the first one was only good for the first time we tried to sell the land that fell three because of the buyer. I quickly called and explained to her that the POA was a legal document relating to the sale of this land and it did not have an expiration date! I was livid to even be bothered with such a silly request. From there it turned into her not having made contact with my Grandfather, to whom I was the POA for. Lol she had three months to reach out to him at any point and to bring this up two days before closing was just insane! All of those fives I put, all go to Trey my agent! He was on point and on hand whenever I needed him! Not so much the title agency. In the end they apologized for even mentioning anything two days before closing and the sale went through as planned. Had I not raised hell, however, that would not have been the case. My advice, don’t rely on the title agency to have your best interests in mind. Make sure you stay on top of them!!!

Selling a house is stressful, but working with a professional such as Teressa Hoffman helps to manage the surprises that add to the stress. For example the home inspector found an issue I was not aware of and Teressa found local resources to resolve the problem. Her advice was helpful and on target. She is very responsive. We successfully sold the house in a reasonable time frame. Thanks Teressa for your hard work selling that house in 2018.

Fonda did a great job and is a great asset to Bosshardt Realty. When you get down or discouraged, about anything, she always tells you to think positively. Fonda did a poor job of pricing my home. She clearly did not understand the local market. My home took 6 months to close from listing, which is FAR longer than I have ever experienced in any real estate transaction in any market over 30 years. I followed her recommendations exactly and it resulted in a very long and disappointing process. I watched many other homes get snapped up while mine waited. Had the home not closed before the listing contract ran out, I was fully prepared to move the listing to a different agent at a different agency. She got in just under the wire. I don't believe she earned or deserved the commission I was obligated by contract to pay. When I move back to Florida, which I will upon retirement, I will absolutely not use Fonda or Bosshardt ever again.

Kristine and Stephen are so supportive and guide you through the process with the utmost care. I have used them both buying and selling. Their patience and expertise was so reassuring. They are professional with such a great deal of kindness that is rare. Every detail is taken care of. The contacts they have to do all of behind the scenes work are top notch from listing photos to inspectors.

Karina did a wonderful job in helping me secure my new home. Claudia Hardy was excellent all throughout the process of selling our condo in Gainesville. We live out of area and Claudia made sure the condo was ready for showing, marketed the condo effectively and got us through a very quick sale with ease. This whole process from realtor sales contract signing to closing was completed within a month and a half, which for us, was an amazing feat.
