I had an outstanding experience working with Perry McDonald on the sale of my home. He truly went above and beyond for every step in the process -- from giving us advice regarding staging and timing before our house went on the market to helping with repairs needed from the inspection to the closing today. The photos (including 3D) and the marketing of my home were excellent and were critical to my house being sold quickly in an evolving market.I have sold several houses in the past and this was by far the best and smoothest experience I've ever had. I give him my highest recommendation!!

He provided invaluable seller's data and timely information that allowed us to maximize our sale proceeds above our expectations. I was very impressed with the way Perry handled selling our rental home in Gainesville, Fl. He had obstacles to work through as we still had tenants residing while trying to sell. Perry stayed positive and worked hard to maximize the showings. Perry did a great job communicating on a weekly basis our progress. I had stated I wanted to move this property by July. He got it sold in the middle of May. I highly recommend if you are in the market for a realtor in the Gainesville area, that you speak with Perry McDonald. Perry was awesome. Very responsive. I engaged him twice to sell my home. The first we rented it again and the second time we left it on the market. He got us multiple full asking price offers in the first weekend. When my buyers went nuts the day of closing about some missing garage door openers he went to Lowes and picked some up. He was great.

There are no outstanding issues. I would highly recommend my realtor Teresa Hoffman to anyone that wanted to sell their home, she is by far the best realtor I have ever dealt with.Bosshardt closing was also completed in a very efficient manner.

Trey was fantastic! He was professional and knowledgeable. He was very empathetic, and caring. He must have shown us fifty homes, and never onced appeared to be impatient, nor did he rush us. The attention he gave us made us feel as though we were his only clients. We truly felt as though he was looking out for our best interest. I know how so many Real Estate Agents are pushed to make sales...and to push...But if that's how I would have been treated I would have found someone else to deal with...Teresa isn't that way...she is very understanding and let's you make up your own mind about what you want and how you want to do it...I am very thankful for my experience with Teresa...she was absolutely the best...I would work with her again...But I'm hoping not to move again...Thanks Again...

This letter is to convey my absolute admiration for the work and dedication Fonda Butkiewicz has dedicated to the sale of my home. She listened to my ideas, brought her own experience and expertise to work to come up with a stellar marketing strategy. The brochure produced was stunning. The on-line presentation left an indelible impression on all who saw it. My home sold in 1 day!. As this was an international sale, it presented a few wrinkles that were easily ironed out. Fonda's dedication to making sure all timelines were met, documents required were accounted for and kept me abreast of all proceedings. Additionally, Fonda played an essential role in procuring a fabulous real estate agent for my terminally ill sister in Connecticut. Despite myriad obstacles in the sale of this home, this agent was the best and got the house sold.In short, I wish we could clone Fonda, She is a proven winner.

We have worked with quite a number of real estate agents over the years and my experience with Ms. Tassinari makes me realize we were previously settling for good enough. We have never had an agent before who we could trust so completely to look out for us and guide us around problems before we reached them. She was incredibly responsive. She also managed some unprofessional behavior on the part of another agent without letting it impact my home sale or cause me stress. I just can't say enough to express how valuable a partner she was in managing a very successful, fast home sale.
