My wife and I were so fortunate to meet Perry McDonald when he helped us purchase our first home together years ago. Perry helped us find and negotiate for the house we bought in January, and he helped us sell our old home in February. He guided us through the entire process, and we were very impressed with his market knowledge, advice, and responsiveness. He is amazing. We got more for our house that we thought we would, and it sold in two weeks. We recommend Perry without reservation.
