Perry was extremely helpful in the process of buying a home. He pointed out nuances of houses and neighborhoods that were important to me as I decided on a house. He was responsive to my concerns, and very open the pros and cons of different houses.

Perry is excellent. He wasn’t even my agent (buyer), he was working on behalf of the sellers. However, he was a consummate professional and I had an excellent experience dealing with him. I was buying my first home and he was informative throughout the process. A few problems came up and he dealt with them head on, balancing both the sellers needs and my own. Can’t recommend him enough.

This was second property sold for us by Bosshardt. Both properties were of nominal value - $15K and $12.5K - but I believe the service was the same as if we were selling property worth $500K. Kudos to Kim Bosshardt and Perry McDonald for their excellent service.
