Great job. 2 contracts in the first 8 days and the accepted one closed without problems a few weeks later at the equivalent of full asking price. Wish I could have given Perry 10 stars for his professionalism.

We were familiar with Perry but this was our first opportunity to work with him from start to finish. Wow! From the first inquiry down to the day of closing he was spot on! Perry is knowledgeable and experienced in the local market. He listed our property for thousands more than we would have, then negotiated thousands more than we would have on the purchase price and finally negotiated a 50% better settlement on the post inspection requests than we would have on our own. We appreciated Perry’s easy, pressure-free communication style. Looking forward to working with Perry again on our next real estate investment - he’s a great partner!

Perry is a trusted friend to my family during the search and final purchase of our home. He identified and discussed all major issues in this daunting and changing investment. He also was extremely helpful doing the final walkthrough for us in our absence due to covid. Then I also needed a plumber and various advice on insurance, inspections, security for which he was always helpful! I can’t say enough except to hope that he will also help us should we need to sell some day.
