Perry was just the professional needed to assist us in locating and securing a new property. He was knowledgeable, timely, and always available when I needed him. As a long distance seller (selling my Mom's house 6 hours from my house) there is always apprehension because you are "Not There". From the start of this process, Trey took time to listen to my needs and reassured me the lines of communication were open at all times.
He laid out his plan for prepping and staging the house and adjusted to my ever changing travel schedule. The house was videoed and photographed to my satisfaction resulting in a bid the first open house we had.
The closing was handled without any glitches in a seamless process and all parties waked out with a win-win feeling. Trey was there every step of the way to offer suggestions and I would recommend him without a second thought.

Hello, I met Lysa about three years ago and I automatically like her and three years later I can say I like her even more. She’s caring, patient, trustworthy and human. What I mean by this is that many people in her field are all about “their money”. At the end of the day is about what they can get from selling you a place or selling yours. This woman cares! When we decided to make the long distance move from Michigan to Florida we were very concerned about who to contact for a realtor. We could not have gotten luckier when we found Steve and Kristine. They were absolutely amazing. They treated us like family and helped us immensely in finding our forever home in our new state. They worked feverishly day and night to find listings for us that had our specifications on what we wanted our new house to be. I have so many positive things to say about my experience working with Faith and Aimee!
My company was looking to start a new branch, and we knew wanted to start it in Newberry, FL. However, we had A LOT of questions about the area and the process. We were very fortunate to find Team Oelrich to help answers those questions. Throughout the entire process, these two were helpful, professional, and speedy. They worked hard to schedule everything within any time constraints we had and always brought a positive and thoughtful energy with them.

From the very beginning, she made the home-buying process feel so much less stressful. I never felt like I was bothering her, and she made sure I understood everything every step of the way.
She really listened to what I was looking for in a home and took the time to find neighborhoods that fit my needs. She genuinely cared about my safety and finding the right place for me, not just making a sale.
She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and worked hard throughout the entire process. We’ve used Heather and autumn for two home purchases. Beyond their command of the real estate market, they proved incredibly resourceful and knowledgeable before, during and after the sale.
