In my decades-long experience working with professional men and women in all professions (academia, law, medicine, real estate) I have never before worked with a professional as talented as Perry McDonald. In truth, the check marks above under 5, do not begin to describe him, for he is the most intelligent, most understanding, most willing to go way beyond what is needed to sell our house. In fact, he was excellent before when helping us buy the house he just sold for us now. This time, however, he worked even harder at virtually all hours in a very difficult market. The result has been both success (we got our final asking price, no easy accomplishment in this market environment this year) and total satisfaction. It may sound like hyperbole--but it isn't--to say that he has risen to the very top of the real estate profession. I must add that he understood us and our needs even, perhaps, better than we do ourselves. We thank him and are grateful to him for being who he is and for moving us forward on our life journeys.

Perry has been our realtor for over 11 years. He started to help us to buy houses in 2013. We got the best deals at that time. He is always very reliable to find the best tenants for us afterward. He is always provide us with his processional opinion on the current housing market. He is also willing to share all good resources that he has with us. We feel lucky to have him as our longtime realtor and friend.

Trey Goff created final closure to an acreage area that I have owned for many years. I moved away from the state and felt it was time to sell out the acreage that I have owned for many years. When I decided to sell my home in Alachua County, I thought that it would be the most stressful and daunting process to list the property with a realtor and go through, what I thought would be, a prolonged ordeal to get to a closing. But in came Teresa Hoffman, a beautiful, intelligent woman with a prepared, direct and professional presence. Teresa had been highly recommended by my neighbors who had previously sold a home and bought land with Teresa and Bosshardt. She came to my home with an extensive market analysis package (comparables) and incredible knowledge of the North Central Florida market and a background of over 20 years in the RE field. I listed with her on December 22nd (holidays!), she had 4 showings in a matter of 2 weeks and had a sales contract by January 7th. She worked tirelessly with out-of-town buyers and agents. She would contact me almost every day explaining where we were in the process and on several occasions, she had to assist the buyers/agents with a number of things like locating a surveyor when they couldn't and facilitating a number of documents and needed forms. She even helped the buyers with information on available services and utility company contacts. The whole Bosshardt family of professionals were always on deck with legal advice and guidance. The day of the closing I went to Bosshardt Title and was taken through the process with the assistance of Attorney Kim Bosshardt. The Bosshardt's have been in this area for decades providing excellent service with a wide umbrella of services including RE brokerage, title services, property management and RE Law. Trey Goff went above and beyond getting this house for us. Despite a market where houses seem unavailable, he found us a new construction home and we could not be happier. Unfortunately for all concerned, my lender (Sun West based in CA) was the most difficult part of the process and that is likely the understatement of the century. Despite them being extremely difficult and often non-responsive, Trey met their every request for documentation, repeat tests, reports being redone on "their" form, etc. Trey was always available for us when we had questions, often exchanging emails and text messages both early and late in the day. I would definitely use and/or recommend Bosshardt Realty in the future but I recommend that nobody ever use Sun West Mortgage Company.

This was my fourth house sale and Malcolm ranks high in the four realtors I have worked with in selling my homes. He has a great composure that puts you at ease. While he could improve on his forward-leaning communication skills, I knew he was working behind the scenes to make the sale a success. What I really appreciated from Malcolm was his negotiation skills with the buyer. When we broached the topic of my current tenant being a potential buyer, I didn't have confidence this would happen. While I don't know what conversation transpired between Malcolm and the tenant/eventual buyer, he ended up securing at the price we both wanted, per market comparators. Seemingly, a shift in how insurance underwriters and lenders work with new home buyers threw a few wrenches in the works, but Malcolm dealt with them in due course and the end result was that the house sold and my wife and I received our funds. I am very happy with Malcolm's work on selling our home!

Lysa is warm, caring and giving of her time. She is knowledgeable not only of the real estate profession, but also building, land use and history, stone, fixtures and pools. She has an extensive understanding of major and minor systems and appliances. She understands roofing and water issues to windows and faucet material pros and cons. She’s savvy and considers the needs of the client while staying involved at all times.

Lysa is great to work with. I have worked with her for a little over 2 years and have closed on 2 houses and looked at many. (some virtual and some in person). When I have gotten stressed over a few things, she is able to bring me back down. She cares about the people she is working with and gives at least 150%!!!

Not only did she give a fair appraisal of the condo I was selling, she was the selling agent of the new condo I was wanting to buy! What a small world! We had such a great experience working with Ciara. She really knows her stuff and was there to answer questions and help us through every step of the process. She made everything easy to understand and we always felt like she was looking out for us.

Dustin was excited about working with us. He was very professional and did an outstanding job in his marketing efforts. I mostly appreciated his honesty and integrity and he was very committed and comfortable to work with and always available to answer any question that we had. I felt like he went above any marketing efforts I was expecting. I have been involved in some form of real estate for many years with multiple clients and I have to say that Dustin has out shinned anyone I have ever worked with. I have worked with many real estate professionals in my former career with sales from ten thousand dollars to Seventy million and have never encountered anyone with Dustin’s enthusiasm or knowledge.
