If I could give multiple five star reviews, I would! We found Teresa through a friend who was using her as their realtor too. There was an instant feeling of family with our first meeting and that never changed. Teresa went above and beyond at every single turn of our moving/selling process. Having to leave under a deadline was overwhelming and we wound up leaving with all of our medications still sitting in the kitchen cabinet, Teresa had them in the mail and to us by the end of the week. She was VITAL to helping us get everything we needed checked off for our buyers and even helped us find a service and arrange for repairs that had to happen after we had already moved. I have texted her on just about every day of the week and have never been made to feel like an imposition, I have asked a billion and one questions and had everyone of them answered (even panicked what-if questions), I have gotten valuable advice and great ideas/suggestions, and I have never once gotten the impression that Teresa didn't have our *very* best interest at heart. This woman took care of me and my family, like we were her own. We are beyond grateful for her, and will sing her praises to anyone who will listen!

Lysa s the bomb π£ this women stayed up with me until 11 pm explaining a Realestate offer of mine from another home Iβm selling in another state with a different agent .Lysa did not have to do that , but she did that for me cause she is not just my Realitor she is now a dear friend since I moved here to Florida . Karina Woodward did a wonderful job as my selling agent. She gave feedback on what improvements needed to be made to the home before we put it on the market, gave me a listing of different companies that could help with the improvements, and even helped me make decisions when choosing materials and colors. Her expertise in this area, along with pricing, comps, etc. helped us make a sale in less than 2 months. She is an excellent communicator, is very responsive, and I would highly recommend her.
