Perry is a truly amazing realtor. Obviously, he knows the real estate market. He told me what needed to be done to get my home ready for sale and after that weekend (days after he saw the property), he placed the property on MLS. I received a signed contract for the asking price within 5 days of the property being placed on MLS for sale. He knew how to market the property and priced it perfectly (above recent sales in the neighborhood because he understood the market and how special the property and neighborhood was). He kept me up to date on everything that was happening and even recommended an electrician for the one item that was found in the inspection. I was amazed at how smoothly the sale of my property was. When he called to congratulate me on the sale, I told him that I would definitely be contacting him when I decided to sell my next Gainesville property! Whenever I called about the house, he was upbeat and always offered a suggestion about how to handle something. My sale was a little tricky as I had a tenant in the property, but he worked well with my tenant (so she wasn't unduly disturbed) and the property manager (Kayla) at Bosshardt to make sure that everything was coordinated!! I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. If I hear of anyone needing a realtor, I will be giving his name to them!!

In the past six months I have both bought and sold a house with Teresa. While working on buying my house, she fought vigorously with both the lender and insurance companies, showing great resourcefulness, to be able to secure my loan to finally get it to close. Once it came time to sell my old house she made the process so easy on me, and again showed how resourceful she is by finding a good roofer for a fair price so that the buyer would be able to purchase my home. If ever I go to buy another property, Teresa will be my first call and I would recommend her to anyone I know.

Teresa is always a delight to work with but on this deal we all ran into some unforeseen issues. At no point was she flustered or negative, but instead kept working hard to get the deal done. Safe to say we wouldn’t have been able to get this house if it wasn’t for Teresa's hard work and determination

We just had an excellent experience selling our home with Angela Tassinari. She was incredibly responsive, ran down every detail, and gave us a lot of great advice that saved us from headaches we would not have seen coming. This was our fifth time selling, and I never knew before how good an experience it could be with the right realtor. I really wish we could talk her into moving so she'll be handy the next time we sell a house!

Jarrett would always get back if I had a question or if I needed a help with anything. When I didn't understand what was go on Jarrett would explain so I would understand.
