This is a response for Kevin Banes, not Bosshardt. I wouldn't necessarily recommend Bosshardt to anyone, but I would certainly recommend Kevin to anyone. He is very responsive (no matter the issue), which is not common amongst realtors. Also, in an era of everyone wanting to be a realtor, there are so few professionals in the industry. I strongly would recommend Genile to everyone for their home buying needs. She is very knowledgeable, which is a tremendous asset throughout the process. My Husband and I experienced challenges from the seller acceptance of our "pre-approved" offer to completing closing. However, Genile's compassion, professionalism, and poise allow us to remain resilient and in the end ALL parties were very satisfied with the outcome.
