Amy was great. Moving from out of town was tough but Amy sent us all of the new listings as soon as they came up and was a real asset in figuring out the market. She was always available to answer our questions or show us houses in person or over FaceTime. Very happy with our experience and the house we got! Thank you so much Amy, we couldn’t have done it without you!

I have been buying and selling homes (my personal residences) for years and handle quite a few commercial real estate transactions each year in my role as a commercial banker. As such, I deal with a great many realtors and title companies. Harry Valencia is by far one of the best that I have dealt with. These transactions are rarely ever smooth, and Harry handled each wrinkle quickly and completely. This would be the first time I ever praised my realtor. Harry is simply outstanding.

I don't have enough words to describe Loralee Hutchinson as an agent and as a person. I worked with her before this last time and I had such a good experience that I didn't hesitate to ask for her expertise again. She is always so professional, experienced and patient to explain every step that we are going through during the "foreign process" of selling a house. She makes it feel easy and she has your back and best interest in mind. Its so easy to ask her questions and get an immediate response. She is always available on the phone or in person if the situation requires it. She addresses every concern that one may have. Every time, I felt that I was in the best hands because her expertise with the market and her negotiation skills. She has a good sense of humor. She is amazing. She is a 5 start person and professional. I highly, highly recommend her.

Sage was an absolutely fantastic realtor from start to finish. From the get go he made himself readily available for any questions or issues that we had at any time and even went as far as to take care of our dog while we had prospective buyers come tour our home. He was super helpful and made the whole process of selling our home a breeze. Thanks Sage!
