Abby was amazing! When I first put my home on the market, there was some interest, but no offers. Abby suggested some improvements that would help. There were a lot of little things to do to make my home appealing, and Abby coordinated everything. She obtained estimates and options and coordinated the work, and made sure everything was done as required. Shortly after we finished, we got an offer. Abby helped and guided me on the negotiations to help me obtain the best offer.She did a great of job of making selling my home as easy and frictionless as possible!Would definitely, 100% recommend her to anybody looking to see their home.

Genile is AMAZING! She worked with us for almost two years until we finally purchased a home.
