I live in Connecticut but I wanted a place in Florida. I contacted several real estate agents. Some tried to help, but had no idea how and others were super rude. Some tried to limit me to their areas. The moment I contacted Lysa, we established an awesome and very friendly relationship. She went out of her way to help me. She even FaceTime my husband and I for the walk through and was very patient with me. There are not enough words to say about how kind, helpful and trustworthy she really is. Even when she went to visit her son, she kept in contact with us. Friends made fun of me because I had not seen the place we bought. We finally went to visit and we love it. Fonda, the Realtor who handled the sale of our house and lot in Ocala, Florida, was an experienced realtor. She gave us a reliable estimate of the state of the market, and the probable cost of the property. She responded quickly to queries we had, and was reassuring in providing us with information about the one buyer who expressed an interest in the property. \She was prompt in conveying to us relevant questions and other queries from the buyer, and gave us suggestions on practical responses to them. We had no doubt about her representing our interests primarily, and made personal efforts, together with her spouse, to increase the marketability of the property. The one suggestion we could provide, at this point, if for coordinated efforts of other units of the Bosshardt organization, e.g., the Title Unit, for supportive activities that would help sellers to comprehend better relevant actions designed to help them thru the whole process. For example, a simple but comprehensive check list of relevant activities that should be expected to take place might be made to avoid unnecessary queries of the realtor and the titles unit. The goal should be to simplify the whole process and make the seller and buyer to simplify and understand the full sale /buy process.

When our son attended college in Gainesville, we purchased a home instead of paying rent. It turned out to be a great income property. I have been an actively licensed Florida Real Estate Broker since 1980 but devote my time to my practice of law.
