We live out of state and had no idea who to use as our agent to sell our condo. Ironically around the same time we wanted to find an agent, I got a letter in the mail from Bosshardt. I contacted the agent, Michael Hall, and told him the time crunch we were under with moving our daughter out and packing her up and moving her to another state. Michael met us at the condo, had all the paperwork ready and took to task to sell our condo. Within a week, we had an offer. Being able to close long distance made the task so easy and smooth. Michael is wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Gainesville area.

Due to travel issues I was unable to get to the home during the sale process and he arranged for carpeting and repair and generally shepherded the sale process from start to finish. Lysa listened very closely to what i was looking for and was able to narrow down a resonable search. When our home inspectors health was compromised at the moment we needed him, she was able to solve the issue without us even knowing there was a problem. All in all she took the fear out of the the decision making process.
