We were familiar with Perry but this was our first opportunity to work with him from start to finish. Wow! From the first inquiry down to the day of closing he was spot on! Perry is knowledgeable and experienced in the local market. He listed our property for thousands more than we would have, then negotiated thousands more than we would have on the purchase price and finally negotiated a 50% better settlement on the post inspection requests than we would have on our own. We appreciated Perry’s easy, pressure-free communication style. Looking forward to working with Perry again on our next real estate investment - he’s a great partner!

Perry is a trusted friend to my family during the search and final purchase of our home. He identified and discussed all major issues in this daunting and changing investment. He also was extremely helpful doing the final walkthrough for us in our absence due to covid. Then I also needed a plumber and various advice on insurance, inspections, security for which he was always helpful! I can’t say enough except to hope that he will also help us should we need to sell some day.

Lysa was very nice to work with, as a person who travels for work it was great having someone who was able to work with my schedule and help making sure the buying process was a enjoyable one I highly recommend her and would use her for any future purchases

Lysa Rogers is very kind and we felt very confident in her skills as a tealtor. She is very savvy and reading the contract and making sure the seller stood by the contract and facilitated everything that needed to be done with the property and communicated very well with the mortgage company . Her ethics is on point ! In our opinion the sellers realtor H. A. was shady and she kept him in line to protect us the buyer. We will always use Lysa Rogers in the future for any transactions . We think she went beyond the call of duty for us .

I have used Bosshardt and Fonda in particular to sell my home 6 years ago and when I moved back to Gainesville to buy a home. I have also referred her to 3 others I worked with and all referrals thanked me over and over again for sending them Fonda. She always works hard and is extremely responsive.

This process was exceptional. Even with a few issues with buyers backing out, Fonda was such a joy to work with and made sure that everything kept moving forward with minimal delays. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Fonda was fantastic. She used some dynamite marketing and had it successfully sold in a few weeks. From contract to closing g she was in constant communication and solved all the problems efficiently and promptly.
