Perry is aware of some upcoming medical issues I am facing and has offered to help in any way -- like going out to buy me groceries, etc. How many realtors do you know who would do that? He started out as our realtor; he has become our friend whom we greatly admire and respect. He's just an overall nice guy who also happens to be at the top of his real estate game.
