The worst experience by far! They never gave me access to my closing documents prior to me signing. The communication by far was non existent. I was constantly calling with no call backs

Genile is the G.O.A.T. of the realty business. I am so OCD and controlling of situations and the I am so anxious to get things settled. She had to constantly remind me, which she did in a loving way, to not get attached until we had keys in our hands. She prepared us for many, many things along the process of these past 2 plus years and now that I sit in my beautiful home looking out at my beautiful yard, I thank God for her being the blessing we needed during this process.

If I could give Genile One Hundred and Five Stars, I would want to add more. After listing my home, she called me almost every day to let me know what was going on. I had several offers and her advice was invaluable. Every day, no matter what was going on during this sale, I always felt Genile, and the rest of the Bosshardt office had my back.
