For the past year I wanted to list my house for sale because of returning to school. I was aphrensive because the property needed to be updated. However, Genile advised that I could sell the property AS-IS. Thank God, I sold the house when I did because I definitely got a sweet deal with Genile!Although, I was selling and not purchasing, Genile and Bosshardt Title provided a seamless process while quarantining. I look forward to purchasing properties with Genile in the future.

Genile is a fantastic realtor. She managed all the negotiations and communications with all parties involved. She made the home buying process less stressful than I thought it would be. She was there every step of the way making sure that things got done on time. She helped with negotiating with the sellers and getting the price/closing costs where I wanted them to be. I would recommend Genile to anyone looking for a realtor. I absolutely loved working with her. I felt that she had my best interest at heart and that she fought to make sure everything was taken care of and I had what I needed to close and feel comfortable throughout the process.

Genille Morris is very knowledgeable about the entire home buying process. Genille is patient and made herself available to me when I called or text her. I enjoyed my home buying experience with Genille. Anytime i called her text she responded in a timely manner and kept me updated on the home buying process the entire time. On closing day things were a little hectic Genille helped me to stay calm and at closing we laughed, talked, and had a good time. I strongly recommend Genille for your next home purchase.
