Abby was a gift. I was an out of state owner. She was more than I could have expected: knowledgeable, hard working, incredibly responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. She handled, happily, many details that I should have that would have been difficult from afar. The whole process went better than plan. Awesome job.

It was a real pleasure working with Abby. She might be the best real estate person I have ever worked with. Abby listens well and is a great communicator. She is very nice and so easy to work with. Finding a property in the Gainesville area was my goal. The original property I came to look at was already sold by the time I got here to look. Abby showed a few properties and then the last one she found for me eventually was pretty much what I wanted. Abby knows the area well as she has lived in the Gainsville area for such a long time. So, overall, I think Abby is a very good real estate agent. I was very happy to have worked with her.

We worked with Abby to sell a property close to our hearts in a short time frame. She came up with great marketing techniques and was willing to do multiple open houses. She fought for us and was able to negotiate a great deal that left us and the buyers very happy. Abby is the type of realtor that is never satisfied until her clients are satisfied.
