I rate few people or services as perfect. But they were very, very good in most areas especially in responsiveness because we don't live in Gainesville and so I had to rely on the realtors to visit the house after a storm to check the condition of the property. He found a problem just days before the house was to go into the MLS. We had to change the date. There were a couple of times when there was short turnaround time but the realtors always responded quickly. Thank you for your service. I really appreciated it.

I am a first time home owner and Abby and Scott had made the experience so easy and smooth, I cannot thank them enough. They had impeccable communication skills! Even though I knew they were very busy with multiple clients, Abby and Scott dedication to helping me made me think that I was their #1 priority.
