Rainbow provides very professional agent service during the buying process. She responses to my requests to visit the sellers' house acutely. When submitting the buying offers, she always thinks of the best on the buyer's end. Especially in a seller's market right now, Rainbows still works her best to protect my interests. After searching the single-family houses for about a month, Rainbows looked at the condo market and helped me targeted one that ends up being the best among all the houses I have seen. She uses her expertise in the real estate market and understanding of customer's needs to help me find a house at a reasonable price. I also can not thank her enough to help me solve issues during the house inspection, loan process, and closing the deal. There was a big communication gap and got my signature on the contract which I did not mean to sign eventually created lots of confustion. I thought she is from the seller's side as she has placed her flyers on the seller's property eventually taking the advantage of my ignorace. I intended to sign for only one contract but as I missed looking at the contract paper which was included in a bunch of papers.I came to know about the contract which signed with my ignorance believing her to be the seller's agent turn out to buyer's contract after I purchased the property working with some else. Anyway, this was a learning lesson for reading all types of contracts carefully, Do not trust or assume. Anyway, it was a small amount I just paid.
