Rainbow was amazing in her reality services for me, making sure I had all my questions answered, never in a rush, calling me a few times before the closing. And she even went above and beyond expectations by showing up at the closing, as my agent "going to bat for me." There, she raised a clarifying question to the closing officer which really cleared up for me regarding how to take advantage of the Homestead exemption in the state thereby saving me hundreds of dollars in taxes down the road.

Rainbow continues to work very hard for us from the time we met with her to list our house until we sold it. She did a great job of marketing it thru flyers and then when the pandemic hit, she created a virtual tour. She was quick to respond to any questions or issues that we had.
