When our son attended college in Gainesville, we purchased a home instead of paying rent. It turned out to be a great income property. I have been an actively licensed Florida Real Estate Broker since 1980 but devote my time to my practice of law. I have used Bosshardt and Fonda in particular to sell my home 6 years ago and when I moved back to Gainesville to buy a home. This process was exceptional. Even with a few issues with buyers backing out, Fonda was such a joy to work with and made sure that everything kept moving forward with minimal delays. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Fonda was fantastic. She used some dynamite marketing and had it successfully sold in a few weeks. From contract to closing g she was in constant communication and solved all the problems efficiently and promptly.
