This letter is to convey my absolute admiration for the work and dedication Fonda Butkiewicz has dedicated to the sale of my home. The on-line presentation left an indelible impression on all who saw it. My home sold in 1 day!. As this was an international sale, it presented a few wrinkles that were easily ironed out. Fonda was absolutely amazing to work with. She was gracious with her time and really worked to learn what we were looking for in a home. While touring each home she made detailed notes about what we liked, didn't like and potential repair needs. She was always looking for small clues that ultimately helped us reach a decision and then worked to help us explore creative ways to keep more money in our pocket at closing. Following the close, Fonda was quick to help address a home warranty issue.We appreciated Fonda's energy and attention to detail. So glad to have had her on our side!

Fonda, the Realtor who handled the sale of our house and lot in Ocala, Florida, was an experienced realtor. She gave us a reliable estimate of the state of the market, and the probable cost of the property. She responded quickly to queries we had, and was reassuring in providing us with information about the one buyer who expressed an interest in the property. \She was prompt in conveying to us relevant questions and other queries from the buyer, and gave us suggestions on practical responses to them. We had no doubt about her representing our interests primarily, and made personal efforts, together with her spouse, to increase the marketability of the property. The one suggestion we could provide, at this point, if for coordinated efforts of other units of the Bosshardt organization, e.g., the Title Unit, for supportive activities that would help sellers to comprehend better relevant actions designed to help them thru the whole process. For example, a simple but comprehensive check list of relevant activities that should be expected to take place might be made to avoid unnecessary queries of the realtor and the titles unit. The goal should be to simplify the whole process and make the seller and buyer to simplify and understand the full sale /buy process.
