Eddie Bell with Bosshardt Realty helped us purchase a Gainesville Condo in 2014 for both our children to live in as University of Florida students. He was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and showed us a good variety of options from houses to condos to apartments. We found the property we wanted to purchase after a few days, and submitted an offer and agreed on a price with the sellers. A very quick and easy process. Eddie managed everything and kept us informed since we lived 3 hours away from Gainesville. Our son graduated in 2015, and this past May, our daughter also graduated. I contacted Eddie to let him know that after 4 years, we were ready to sell the condo. He knew that we wanted to close soon after May 2018 Graduation. The condo was listed in February/March, and we had an agreed contract and price the end of April. We closed on June 22, 2018. Eddie again did a great job of overseeing the sale for and with us, and communicated with our daughter for all showings, and later - inspections, appraisal, etc. It was another quick, easy, and positive experience.Closing was also handled by Bosshardt Title and we were pleased that everything on our end went smoothly and as planned. When selling or buying a home I have had some problems when it came to realtors. As soon as I found Eddie Bell that all ended. He helped my wife and I find our dream home, and helped us through the selling of our condo. He fights for his clients, and what I loved was that he just told you straight up what the situation was. Would recommend to anyone anytime.

The only concern I had was that initally when I tried to contact Eddie through your website it sent me to the email of another individual at your office. I would review your Contact Us section to make sure the correct hyperlinks exist there for each person.
