My realtor was Eddie Bell and he was very knowledgeable concerning the Gainesville market and the surrounding areas. He was extremely patient, trying to find the exact house that fit my family. Eddie was FANTASTIC. My property sold very quickly, and at a price that pleased me. Also, he made the whole process hassle-free....I essentially executed my contract engaging him as my broker - and a few weeks later I got closing documents to sign. Emails and phone calls in between were handled efficiently and professionally.

I needed to find a home in Gainesville near campus but not in a student area. It needed to be just right - certain size, low maintenance, light and bright. Eddie and Lauren were the most patient, kind, knowledgeable people and spent multiple days/weeks helping me find just the right spot. They knew what houses would work for the vision I had, what changes could be made at different properties I considered, and somehow they found exactly what I need and I’m excited to be moving soon. There’s no way I’d have gotten just the right house to call home if I had been working with someone else, I’m convinced of it.
