We were absentee owners of a house we bought in Gainesville while our daughter was working on her Ph.D. at the University of Forida. We have leased the house through Bosshard Property Management since her graduation. We have owned the house for 20 years while living in Portland, OR. On deciding to sell, we did extensive online research and interviewing of agents to help us sell our property. Ciara rose to the top, and turned out better than we could have imagined. She took care of all of the issues we faced, including needed repairs. She was our eyes and ears for this transaction. We did not have to leave Portland as she covered all issues we faced. The way Ciara presented the property made all the difference in the world. I was so happy with the way the property was on the MLS and and targeted the perfect population in marketing. She was so responsive throughout the process and made it as stress free as possible for me. We had such a great experience working with Ciara. She really knows her stuff and was there to answer questions and help us through every step of the process. She made everything easy to understand and we always felt like she was looking out for us.
Just as important, she was genuinely fun to work with. Buying a house can definitely be stressful, but Ciara made the whole experience so much easier and actually enjoyable. She’s professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and we felt she really cared about us.
