Abby and Scott are a great team and extremely professional. They make the home buying process very easy by setting up inspections and calling the services needed for any repairs. They are very knowledgeable on the area and will help you anyway they can. They are honest and look out for their clients best interest. As stated in a previous post, they make you feel like you are their only client, although they have many. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. I look forward to working with them again!

Abby and Scott are hands down the best real estate agents you will ever get to work with!!! I had the pleasure of working with the Basci Team to find my dream home and they had made the experience so easy, enjoyable and effortless for me. Not only were they extremely dependable and dedicated, Abby and Scott made me feel like I was their number one priority (even though I know they had so many other clients and a whole family to take care of!) They were super patients and resourceful when I encountered road blocks in getting my loan approved. They didn’t just walk the extra mile, they ran it!!The Basci’s are talented real estate agents. We live out of state and happened to receive a flyer in the mail from Bosshardt Realty and decided to contact them. We were looking for someone to help us sell our property in Florida; we needed someone who would be familiar with the local trends and climate where our property was located. We were very lucky (or blessed) to stumble onto Bosshardt. We worked with Abby who was so professional and congenial. She was familiar with the area, visited the property the day after we spoke and provided us with helpful information enabling us to move forward. She negotiated with the buyer for us and we felt confident in her and followed her recommended advice; we were very happy with the results.
