Ive been working with Teresa for well over a year and with being located 900 miles away it has been interesting at times. She is always available for questions and digs for answers. When I decided to sell my home in Alachua County, I thought that it would be the most stressful and daunting process to list the property with a realtor and go through, what I thought would be, a prolonged ordeal to get to a closing. But in came Teresa Hoffman, a beautiful, intelligent woman with a prepared, direct and professional presence. Teresa had been highly recommended by my neighbors who had previously sold a home and bought land with Teresa and Bosshardt. She came to my home with an extensive market analysis package (comparables) and incredible knowledge of the North Central Florida market and a background of over 20 years in the RE field. I listed with her on December 22nd (holidays!), she had 4 showings in a matter of 2 weeks and had a sales contract by January 7th. She worked tirelessly with out-of-town buyers and agents. She would contact me almost every day explaining where we were in the process and on several occasions, she had to assist the buyers/agents with a number of things like locating a surveyor when they couldn't and facilitating a number of documents and needed forms. She even helped the buyers with information on available services and utility company contacts. The whole Bosshardt family of professionals were always on deck with legal advice and guidance. The day of the closing I went to Bosshardt Title and was taken through the process with the assistance of Attorney Kim Bosshardt. The Bosshardt's have been in this area for decades providing excellent service with a wide umbrella of services including RE brokerage, title services, property management and RE Law.
