In the past six months I have both bought and sold a house with Teresa. While working on buying my house, she fought vigorously with both the lender and insurance companies, showing great resourcefulness, to be able to secure my loan to finally get it to close. Once it came time to sell my old house she made the process so easy on me, and again showed how resourceful she is by finding a good roofer for a fair price so that the buyer would be able to purchase my home. If ever I go to buy another property, Teresa will be my first call and I would recommend her to anyone I know.

Teresa is always a delight to work with but on this deal we all ran into some unforeseen issues. At no point was she flustered or negative, but instead kept working hard to get the deal done. Safe to say we wouldn’t have been able to get this house if it wasn’t for Teresa's hard work and determination

If I could give multiple five star reviews, I would! We found Teresa through a friend who was using her as their realtor too. There was an instant feeling of family with our first meeting and that never changed. Teresa went above and beyond at every single turn of our moving/selling process. Having to leave under a deadline was overwhelming and we wound up leaving with all of our medications still sitting in the kitchen cabinet, Teresa had them in the mail and to us by the end of the week. She was VITAL to helping us get everything we needed checked off for our buyers and even helped us find a service and arrange for repairs that had to happen after we had already moved. I have texted her on just about every day of the week and have never been made to feel like an imposition, I have asked a billion and one questions and had everyone of them answered (even panicked what-if questions), I have gotten valuable advice and great ideas/suggestions, and I have never once gotten the impression that Teresa didn't have our *very* best interest at heart. This woman took care of me and my family, like we were her own. We are beyond grateful for her, and will sing her praises to anyone who will listen!
