Fonda did a great job and is a great asset to Bosshardt Realty. When you get down or discouraged, about anything, she always tells you to think positively. She is always sending you her "positive vibes". She goes above and beyond to help her clients out. She even helped me take some stuff to the dump and I truly appreciated that. She is a great person through and through & I enjoyed working with her. I feel that she is not only my Realtor but is also a great friend.

Fonda did a poor job of pricing my home. She clearly did not understand the local market. My home took 6 months to close from listing, which is FAR longer than I have ever experienced in any real estate transaction in any market over 30 years. I followed her recommendations exactly and it resulted in a very long and disappointing process. I watched many other homes get snapped up while mine waited. Had the home not closed before the listing contract ran out, I was fully prepared to move the listing to a different agent at a different agency. She got in just under the wire. I don't believe she earned or deserved the commission I was obligated by contract to pay. When I move back to Florida, which I will upon retirement, I will absolutely not use Fonda or Bosshardt ever again.
