This was second property sold for us by Bosshardt. Both properties were of nominal value - $15K and $12.5K - but I believe the service was the same as if we were selling property worth $500K. Kudos to Kim Bosshardt and Perry McDonald for their excellent service.

I was so pleased with Missie and how she handled a very difficult buyers agent. She went above and beyond and even contacted the lender and buyer directly when their agent wouldn't respond. She took care of so many things for the buyer that she shouldn't have had to do but did it for us, the sellers, because she knew our time crunch and circumstances after the closing. The closing was delayed a week and a half but by nothing Missie did. If she hadn't done what she had we would have been delayed much further. She was fantastic and professional

We cannot recommend Lee Glicco enough!! We had an exceptional experience working with her. We were purchasing a home from several states away, which is naturally stressful, but Lee made the entire process seamless. Her communication was top-notch, serving as our eyes and ears on the ground, conducting thorough virtual tours and, importantly, providing honest, expert advice on every property. She made buying a far away home simple and smooth. It was amazing!!Another aspect of our experience that truly sets Lee apart is her dedication AFTER the contract was signed. We were so impressed with how she went that extra mile to look after our property due to our delayed arrival. For example, with freezing temperatures setting in due to an unusual cold snap, Lee offered to check on our property repeatedly to ensure heat was running and pipes weren’t freezing before we could arrive. She nursed outdoor plants and checked on the well pump. And when a family commitment of her own tied her up, she recruited a friend/colleague to stop by our home to make sure the house remained in order and secure.Lee is a good person, someone who is very kind, someone with a heart the size of Texas. Add to that she’s responsive and knowledgeable. Quite simply, she’s an absolutely terrific realtor and a wonderful home buying partner.Please know Lee cares greatly about her clients and their investment. So if you need someone who is trustworthy, proactive and genuinely caring Lee would be a solid choice, the only choice, in our opinion. We’re convinced there will be a special little place in heaven for Lee!

Placed in a precarious situation, selling a house remotely was a terrifying experience.From the first interaction with Abby, I had total confidence in her. She was very professional, confident and her expertise was very apparent. Through the entire process I felt assured things were being taken care of.
