Perry is excellent. He wasn’t even my agent (buyer), he was working on behalf of the sellers. However, he was a consummate professional and I had an excellent experience dealing with him. I was buying my first home and he was informative throughout the process. A few problems came up and he dealt with them head on, balancing both the sellers needs and my own. Can’t recommend him enough.

Rainbow Young sold my wife and I an apartment in Gainesville, Fl for our grandsons to use while at UF, and she sold it for us after they graduated. She was always pleasant and kept us informed of her progress. While we were owners she kept in touch and gave us references for various repair people.
