Amy helped me got my dream home. That's my first house, really love it . I purchased the house without be present , she handle anything for us . When i got stuck with my first mortgage bank ,at this moment i thought i had give up my dream home , but there is change!!! she find other better mortgage bank for me and closed it in less 4 weeks. She's very knowledgeable , responsible!!! I can't not recommend her enough!!! .and definitely i recommend her to our friends and family i know.

Amy helped us buy our first home in the US(Gainesville)& was a true professional in every sense. She was very knowledgeable. For most time we speak mandarin (easy for us to understand) & she through the buying process step by step, explain everything for us, nothing was too much to ask . So if u new here or speak mandarin (even English) Amy will be the best choice for u . I would highly recommend Amy.

Amy really knows the local market and found me the best townhouse. She worked very hard and knows Gainesville extremely well. She was patient and inquisitive with my needs. It is in a great location at a good value.

Todd was always quickly available to answer any questions and very quick to be able to show us any house that came up, along with providing the necessary or pertinent information about each home. He knows a lot about home construction and builders, along with market comparisons. We always felt like we were his number one priority.
