Heather helped buy a million home In 2012. She helped me sell it in 2012.Last month, she helped me buy a very modest home in Tower 24. She treated me the same in each transaction. I have bought/sold homes 25 times in 10 different cities. Without question Heather is the finest realtor I have ever worked with. She is smart, savvy, thorough and extremely responsive. My wife and I moved to Gainesville in August 2018 and have just bought our first home. We are very grateful to have been working with Amy Yang in the process. Amy is extremely professional and genuinely cares about us. She is absolutely relentless in sorting through the numerous listings and spent tons of hours in narrowing down on what would fit our idea of a dream home. Amy gives us a lot of space in making a decision based on our needs, but she is always there when we needed her advice. We almost decided to buy a house that was about 25% over our budget. Instead of pushing to make a quick sale and get a higher commission, Amy took us to see more houses, and a couple days later, we finally found our dream house which was about 15% under budget. Her attitude and dedication is simply astonishing. I will look nowhere else when I buy my next house and I would recommend Amy to anyone looking to buy a home in a heart beat.
