My realtor was Eddie Bell and he was very knowledgeable concerning the Gainesville market and the surrounding areas. He was extremely patient, trying to find the exact house that fit my family. Eddie set up all inspections and was on the premises when the inspections were done. He made a Fairley stressful endeavor seem to flow in a tranquil manner. Rainbow was amazing in her reality services for me, making sure I had all my questions answered, never in a rush, calling me a few times before the closing. And she even went above and beyond expectations by showing up at the closing, as my agent "going to bat for me." There, she raised a clarifying question to the closing officer which really cleared up for me regarding how to take advantage of the Homestead exemption in the state thereby saving me hundreds of dollars in taxes down the road.
