Davonda Brown the realtor we worked with at Bosshardt was nothing short of AMAZING! She is a consummate professional with deep knowledge of the Gainesville market and residential real estate industry. She was also adept at serving as an ad-hoc therapist when needed. Davonda would be our first choice if we ever have to relocate again and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in Gainesville or the surrounding area.

Best realtor we have ever had. She is both personable and professsional and also gave us good advice throughout the time we worked together. Heather never lost patience with this "difficult to please" couple. Bosshardt is fortunate to have her.
