From the day I met her, Rainbow was helpful, responsive and worked hard for me. She offered advice when she had it and worked with me every step from the listing to closing. All in all, the sale of my house was easy. She educated me on the current state of the market ensuring a quick sale. I can say this was more like a friend helping me and less like a strictly business relationship. I can't thank her enough for all she did.

Rainbow was super effective. Not only did she sell my house right away, she kept calling me for months earlier to remind me to finish it and get it on the market. If not for Rainbow that house would still be unfinished because it was low on my priority list. Now I have money in the bank instead of an unfinished, vacant liability. THANK YOU RAINBOW!
