Rainbow is an excellent realtor. She is VERY detailed oriented, and takes her time to explain everything, even the smallest details. Sometimes I felt like it was a lot of detail, but when I thought about it, I remembered that this kind of person you want for this kind of business. Her attention to detail was certainly a strength when it came to negotiating and the inspection. She knows the local market very well and is an excellent negotiator. We felt like she was 100% on our side throughout the entire process, and we are very happy with the home we are purchasing. She gives great advice and is available for questions at anytime during the housing process. We are really thankful that we had the opportunity to work with her. I have recommended her to all of my colleagues who are new to Gainesville and are looking to purchase a home. She is someone you can trust 100%.
