We have worked with Heather on the purchase of our our last 2 homes. Our relationship has spanned more than 10 yrs. She helped us find our first home 10 yrs ago after 2 other realtors ghosted us because we just couldn’t find what we liked. Fast forward to the last 2 yrs she has again been driving us all over town for the perfect home for our expanded family. When we finally found a secluded heavenly neighborhood we were disappointed to find out no lot was available. She helped us find a seller before a property was listed and we are finally now living in our dream home. To say she is patient and committed is an understatement. Our experience with Bosshardt Realty and our agent, Heather Doughton, was exceptional. We had a fairly complicated property to sell and needed to find that set of potential buyers who would be interested in an executive home on some acreage and several other structures on the property, e.g. a guest house. Heather put together a winning game plan for the marketing of our property which resulted in an offer from a buyer in a timeframe much sooner than we expected. She has a tremendous wealth of knowledge and expertise in real estate transactions. Her advice and counsel was always sound and we really appreciated the fact that she found ways to use all resources available to make our home sale smooth and timely. We were also impressed that the top leadership of the real estate firm, Bosshardt Realty, was actively involved in the sale of our home and it gave us the confidence that there was an effective team effort underway. This was a process I approached with dread as there was a lot of emotional attachment to the home I was selling. Heather made the process easy and seamless. She was very knowledgeable and responsive to all my concerns. She anticipated my needs and usually had answers to questions before I could ask them. I felt like she had my best interests at heart.
