We chose Dustin Simms because of his track record in selling houses in our neighborhood, and we were extremely pleased. We got a great price, quickly. Everything about the process was easy and smooth. He went above and beyond to walk our dog during showings while we were at work. He and the Bosshardt team went out of their way on a Friday night to confirm settlement proceeds distributions when we got nervous about them. Closing was at their offices, which were inviting and comfortable. The process was smooth and efficient. We can't say enough about Dustin and his Bosshardt support team!

Dustin is a capable and kind hearted realtor. My disappointment lies in how he started versus how he wrapped up the process with the sale of our house. Our professional relationship started off well but over the course of (frustrating) market changes and as my spouse and I attempted to make sense of what we were comfortable, patience seemed to grow weary on his side and very little was said about what course of action he may have preferred to take at that time. Communication became more lax moving forward until challenged/feedback was given and often things were presented in less than amicable ways (i.e. implying that if we don’t take certain offers he may not work with us moving forward). I think what he sometimes means to convey and what is actually conveyed tend to be different. In addition, somehow despite communications including myself and my spouse throughout, Dustin at some point decided to only communicate through my spouse leading me to feel rather pushed out of the process. I am grateful that despite the chaos we managed to make things work; I just hope that moving forward other clients have a better overall experience. Thank you, to Dustin, for this journey, regardless of what it entailed. Wishing him and all Bosshardt members well.
