Ken Cornell is an incredible realtor. Moving to Florida from a different state, we easily could have had challenges with communication and understanding the market, but Ken never let that happen. He was on top of everything and helped us feel confident in our choices, while giving us the flexibility to decide how we wanted to navigate negotiations. He gave excellent recommendations about the market and helped us navigate virtual showings and all the timelines we needed to meet, while keeping up a positive and patient attitude. Property info not correct on listing, not familiar with property/area. Documentation not accurate at times. Was pleasant from a customer service standpoint.
