I believe our searching adventure began back in September 2021 when we first met Kristine. We probably took her to some places she thought she'd never be and viewed some interesting and unique properties over the course of some six months. She stayed with us though the good and bad, day and night, rain and shine, consistently remaining patient and steadfast. Kristine was phenomenal to work with, yet again. Four years ago she was my agent when I purchased this house, and there was no question I would use her when it came time to sell. There were so many curveballs thrown at us and she handled each and every one, many times fixing the problems herself before I even knew there was an issue. I can very definitively state that the closing would NOT have happened on time if it wasn't for her working her magic. She gave great advice the entire time, and was my cheerleader when things felt very frustrating. I would 100% recommend her to anyone, whether you are the buyer or the seller!
