Buz and Claudia are the best!!! If I need to buy house or sell house again in Gainesville, definitely I will get in touch with them again.So last year summer, I had to move to Tx because of my job, and I wanted to rent my house instead of selling. I hired a management company. But there was lots of drama with their staff, false promises and lies.. Anyway, I was very blessed to meet Claudia and Buz, and they helped me with everything remotely since i wasnt in FL. They even help me with the arrangement of house cleaning and lawn care which was supposed to be done by rental management company since they charged me the fee. Claudia and Buz did treat my house as it's their own house for showing and maintaining it. These are the people that you can trust. Claudia and Buz, I really do appreciate your help. It could've been worse if you guys didn't help me with it. God bless to both of you and your family!

Claudia and Buz are a realtor's dream team for selling properties. I was impressed by Claudia's communication skills and responsiveneess along with her eye for design and esthetics. Buz matched her with superb communication skills and impressed me with his ability to navigate the finances from determining the market for that property, and then taking me through with exceedingly challenging negotiations. Both of them took over the care and maintenance and even repair work of my property which was on the market longer than anyone expected because of interest rate hikes, and when I was out of the country and unable to check on things. Both of them even helped me move out s, and checked up on the property way late into the night and beyond regular working hours when needed. I entrusted them entirely on the maintenance, feedback, and guiding me through the complicated condominium world of sales. Best of all they held my hand through the downs, helped me put things into perspective with professional and personal support, and actually made my interactions with them fun. Ultimately, the offer they transmitted through the buyer they found was so good, I didn't even consider a counteroffer. I lucked out with this pair; I got a property sold, but I learned a lot through the process, and had some fun with them doing it. In short, Claudia and Buz, exceeded my expectations as realtors, as did Bosshardt Realthy with all their support they offered me, sometimes late into the night.
